Tedcodes Lab (lab.tedcodes.com) is operated by Tedphoria Group Pte. Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

The tools on this site are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use them lawfully and not to:

Submit harmful or illegal content — including content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any person.

Interfere with the service — including sending automated requests at a volume that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure, conducting penetration testing without prior written consent, or attempting to inject malicious code into any tool.

Generate or distribute spam — including using tools such as Cross Copy or any content-sharing feature to distribute unsolicited communications or phishing material.

Misrepresent the source of content — including using our tools to fabricate, forge, or impersonate another person or organisation.

Circumvent access controls — including attempting to access tools or functionality not intended for your use.

We reserve the right to remove submitted content or restrict access without notice where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.

The design, code, and content of Tedcodes Lab are owned by Tedphoria Group Pte. Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without prior written permission.

Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature on this site at any time, with or without notice. This includes changing how tools function, removing tools entirely, or taking the site offline temporarily or permanently.

This site is provided free of charge and without any commitment to a specific level of service. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation. If a tool stores content on our servers, we cannot guarantee that content will be available indefinitely. We recommend keeping an independent copy of anything important.

Some tools allow you to submit or store content — for example, the Cross Copy tool. You retain full ownership of any content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant Tedphoria Group Pte. Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of delivering the tool's function. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate the rights of others or applicable law.

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information through these tools. Content stored on our servers is not encrypted at rest. While we take reasonable precautions to maintain the security of our infrastructure, we are not liable for any loss, exposure, or unauthorised access to content you choose to submit.

Content submitted through tools — such as Cross Copy — is stored on our servers under a randomly generated identifier. No account or personal identity is attached to it.

We may delete submitted content after a period of inactivity or at our discretion, without notice. You should not rely on this site as a permanent storage solution — please keep an independent copy of anything important.

The tools and services on this site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the site is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tedphoria Group Pte. Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — this site or its tools.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tedphoria Group Pte. This obligation survives the termination or expiry of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision — or any other provision — on any future occasion.
